Your files. Your device.

Convert images, tidy JSON, or open a ZIP right in your browser. Your file never leaves this device. No upload, no account, no conversion credits.

The interactive converter requires JavaScript. Enable JavaScript and wait for the converter controls to load. The guide and related tools below are available without it.

How local conversion works

  1. Choose an image, JSON file, or ZIP from your device.
  2. Select an output and start local processing. Keep this tab open.
  3. Save the result before closing the page. Results are held only in this tab.

Example

Choose a product-image.webp and save a PNG, format an api-response.json, or open project-files.zip and download individual files—all on your device.

When to use this conversion

  • Convert JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or BMP images to JPG, PNG or WebP when your browser supports decoding and encoding them.
  • Pretty print, minify or validate JSON without sending its contents to a server.
  • Open a ZIP and download individual files without uploading the archive.

Best practices

  • Images: up to 20 MB and 25 million pixels. Only the first decoded frame is used. JPG output uses a white background and removes transparency; re-encoding removes embedded metadata.
  • JSON and ZIP: up to 10 MB. JSON validation checks syntax, not an application schema; formatting preserves number and string tokens.
  • ZIP: up to 100 files and 100 MB expanded. Standard stored and deflated ZIPs are supported; encrypted, multipart and ZIP64 archives are not.
  • Local processing uses your device's memory. Browser support varies; failures never automatically upload a file. Save your downloads before leaving this page.
  • Local conversions do not use server credits, earn stamps, or increase the server conversion count. Other formats are available through the server converters.
